Thank you for shopping with ELXR HOUSE. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders.

1) ORDER PROCESSING

- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

- During high-demand periods, processing and shipping times may be longer.

 

2) SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to selected countries/regions. Available shipping destinations and methods are shown at checkout.

If shipping is not available to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

 

3) SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotions (e.g., free shipping) will be applied automatically when eligible.

 

4) ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary depending on:

- Destination

- Shipping method selected

- Carrier operations and local customs (if applicable)

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, carrier delays, customs).

 

5) TRACKING

If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be provided in your dispatch email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

 

6) CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.

 

7) INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs (where applicable).

 

8) DAMAGED, MISSING, OR LOST PACKAGES

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item(s).

- If your package appears lost or has no tracking movement for an extended period, contact us and we will assist with the carrier inquiry.

 

9) NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES

All sales are final. ELXR HOUSE does not offer returns or exchanges.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws (where required).
